When you use OptiCheck, we collect information you provide during the assessment conversation including your name, business description, and operational details you share with Jordan. We also collect your email address if you choose to receive your report by email.
We collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, session duration, browser type) through Google Analytics to understand how our site is used.
We use your conversation data to generate your personalized operational assessment report. If you purchase a paid tier, we use your contact information to deliver your report and, for Tier 3, to schedule your consulting sessions. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by the following service providers solely to operate our platform: Anthropic (AI processing), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (analytics and email delivery).
Assessment conversations and generated reports are retained for up to 24 months to allow follow-up support and to improve our service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Sensitive payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
